A Crisis at Tranquility! takes place in the year 2182 on the Moon's orbiting casino, Tranquility. Marc Acer, his Core Crew, and the casino's AI, Irma, are preparing to celebrate their fifth year in business by hosting the first off-Earth auction of Rock 'n' Roll and Hollywood memorabilia. Shortly after the guests arrive on Tranquility, the crew is suddenly thrown into a battle against the workers of the auction house. But a computer virus, which was released to disable Irma, unintentionally ends up sending the casino on a collision course with Earth.To prevent the destruction of their beloved casino and everyone onboard, Marc and the Core Crew hatch an ambitious plan. But in order to make it work in the five days they have before the devastating impact, they will need supplies from Earth's orbiting space station, which is nearly two days away by spaceship. However, unknown to the Tranquility crew, there are others involved in the plot to harm them who have powerful friends to help them carry out their malicious plans.
