Twenty-year-old Abby Renshaw should be having a great summer. With still a year left in college, she's landed an internship in a law office-in gorgeous St. Augustine, Florida yet. Then the demon appears. As a true magician, Abby has dealt with evil spirits and monsters before, but this creature is something else. He's haunted the city throughout history, feeding on human grief and despair. Now he's allied with a creepy hacker guy, who's adding the demon into a game. Because of her magical talent, Abby's coerced into testing the game as the demon's opponent.
