Some Pages are foent to prove what fhould readily he admitted, that We may and ought to enquire into the/e Grounds of Credibility, and this Proof is made out from the Rea/on of the Thing, from the Authority of Scripture, and from the ahfurd Stories which have heen propagated for W'ant of fuch free Inquiry. It feems, fays This Author, to he a fair Que/lion.
