A tale written by Nancy, several siblings, and other relatives. It chronicles stages of Garner's life beginning with her parents' courtship and marriage. She traverses their life together, the birth of her siblings and herself, as well as the life they created for themselves. The content covers several trials and tribulations along the way and crucial social themes of the time period which are invaluable and show the kindness and Godliness of her family Some of the stories are awe inspiring, some thrilling, several quite sad, and others just downright hilarious. She gives insight into her walk with God and her pathway to becoming a Christian. These are told from Nancy's viewpoint but intended to be truthful to the best of her knowledge and research. If there are errors in tales or mistakes in names, dates, or genealogy, they are unintentional.
