Elisa lives at Thornes, Wakefield with her husband Eric. Both are now retired, Eric however works from home with other interests, and Elisa is still writing books. As a young child Elisa was raised by her grandparents, Edith and Robert Clayton, at Lake Lock Road, Stanley, West Yorkshire. She regularly attended St Peters church and was educated at St Peters and Stanley modern schools. She has lived in South Dakota USA, for over twelve years where she made many friends, her closest friends were Del Iron cloud who is a well-known artist, and Sonja Holy Eagle, who owns The Drum Company, in Rapid City, with whom she has shared many fresh doughnuts. Elisa is a well-known and respected author. Her books include Seeing is Believing and Restless Spirits, all are true hauntings. She has also written a book of war stories that include Photographs that were given to her by family members. Her books Dark Oaks Gateway to Hell and The Lake are a trilogy, and are fiction. Elisa does however, investigate all kinds of phenomena with her daughter Lesley Anne. These include, UFO, Hauntings, and Poltergeist activity. Elisa follows the Pagan faith and she respects all forms of nature and wildlife, she also has a strong conviction that our planet earth is a living essence.
