One of my favorite prayers as I sit down to write is "Lord, help me see something in this passage today that I've never seen before." And time and time again, God does! I'm amazed at how I can reflect on a scripture that I've literally read hundreds of times before, but on this particular day God shows me something Maybe it's because this is the day I needed that thought. Or maybe it's for someone else who is going to read what I write. Either way, God has an incredible way of making His Word come alive, fresh, and new That's my prayer for you-not only that you will simply enjoy these devotionals, but also that God will give you exactly what you need on the day you need it. I pray that His Spirit fills the lungs of your spirit each day with a Fresh Breath from Him. I pray that He opens your mind and heart with a New Thought, a New Insight and New Understanding. I pray that stories and scriptures you've read many times before will jump off the pages at you as though you had never read them before. God is constantly doing a "new thing." May be a path for God doing a "new thing" in you!
