Hey! What are you doing reading my journal? It's supposed to be private! Oh well, I guess since you're so curious I can share part of my story with you. So here goes... I really thought that my life was normal like most people's lives, but I was wrong. I live hundreds of feet below the ice, in front of a white pyramid that warms my village, and I have an ice sword given to me by my mentor when I was ten. I just wanted to pass the trial of combat that I've failed against my mentor ten times. Because the rules state that those who fail at the age of twenty-one can no longer take the trial and can't practice the profession of their mentors. But as I write this journal, I realize that the combat trial is the least of my problems. The pyramid is heating up. The temperatures are getting out of control, all water sources are starting to boil, and strange things are happening. What began as the year I finally pass the test at the age of twenty, will soon turn to the year I learn the truth of the world that froze thousands of years ago and the secrets of the ancestors who founded my village, Articus. Even though I wish things would remain like always, in the upcoming days I will face the toughest decisions of my life to save the village where I grew up. So yeah...you might as well stay after reading all of that.
