Directed, and narrated in part, by Theo Anthony, this documentary film covers the topic of police surveillance whilst simultaneously deconstructing the process of documentary filmmaking with a focus on the tendency of the human eye to see what it wants to believe. Featuring such scenes as Baltimore police undertaking a body cam training session and a tour of a body-cam production company, this documentary aims to prove that despite camera footage being associated with an objective truth, that truth can be skewed by whomever wears it.
