A secular alternative program to the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous for addicts who want to beat drugs, gambling, overeating, sex addiction or simply bad behavior. This is a companion to any twelve step program for potential steppers put off by the god stuff in the AA steps. This book is for two groups of people.
