(Alternate Title "Chocolate City Jump Outs") The homeless and vagrants on the streets of the Nation's Capital are being brutally murdered! This case is a priority for 2 women and rare to see, African American detectives, Jade LaFont and Brenda Jackson. These two ladies are good at their jobs. Sometimes their antics are humorous, with Jade's quick temper, but they're very serious about solving this crime! They work and live in Washington, DC, the nation's capitol. It is the 1980's and D.C. is still known as "Chocolate City" at this time. Politicians are many, there are those passing laws that help the city and its people, others are greedy and corrupt! The Detectives are struggling to solve the case, but the murderer has shown he's intelligent with many creative ways to execute the innocent in painful and gruesome ways. They must stay vigilant because this murderer keeps them guessing. (Strong language) 18+
