Keneth Smyth-Jones the Commissioner of police orders Chief Superintendent Leo Mason to train a number of female police officers in the art of getting information from female victims and witnesses, then disperse them throughout Britain. CS Mason then requests these same officers be trained and teach others in computer skills. Later CS Mason gets two senior officers to learn how to interview prisoners that used firearms to give information on how they procured these weapons.
