Inspired by classic desserts, these coolly elegant treats re-create Baked Alaska and crème brûlée using premium ice cream. Made for us by an East Coast confectioner, the single-serving tortes start with a layer of delicate génoise sponge cake. Experts add rich ice cream prepared in-house using fresh cream, egg yolks, real fruit and Madagascar Bourbon vanilla. Each treat is finished with a sweet crowning touch. 

Baked Alaska: Tiers of génoise cake, strawberry ice cream and vanilla ice cream, topped with swirl of toasted meringue.

Crème Brûlée: Decadent crème anglaise ice cream set on vanilla génoise cake, finished with caramelized sugar crust.
