Learners earn this
Basic Professionalism badge
by demonstrating basic competency in five key areas of professionalism: customer service, self-management skills, teamwork, workplace communication, and workplace etiquette. Completion of the badge shows that learners have the knowledge and skills to build relationships with customers, maintain work-life balance, prioritize tasks, use effective verbal and written communication, and behave properly in different workplace environments.
Once learners complete the work to
