Bedtime Stories I Tell Myself is Cat Auriella's debut book. Through the concept of the bedroom and how life tends to follow us to our pillows and beyond, Auriella explores themes of mental health, love and loss, and learning to be human in an era where people stare at screens more than they do one another's eyes. It is a manifestation of her struggles as well as her accomplishments, a tribute to life and how much love there is left to be found even in the darkest corners of our bedrooms. The book is broken into three sections of poetry & prose, The Sheets and What Lies Between Them, The Night Terrors, & The Sleepover.
