It explores the cultural issues of family, marriage, religion and mother tongue, and the roles of Asian parents and the Asian community are analysed. Muhammad Anwar goes on to compare the situation of young Asians with that of young people generally, and to those in similar circumstances but with different backgrounds and religions.
