In August 2005, Hurricane Katrina strikes, causing one of the worst natural disasters in American history. Thousands of displaced persons suffer, provided with corpse-pickling, formaldehyde-contaminated housing in the form of recreational trailers, distributed by FEMA and manufactured by unscrupulous government contractors.
