Book I: A New Hero
In the region of Thanta lies a small town known as Motrac. It is here that we meet our soon-to-be superhero named Robert. Robert leads a normal life until an accident with an experimental chemical plant leaves him unconscious. After awaking in what appears to be a hospital, he soon learns that he is actually in a place known as the Superhero Training Academy of Thanta (STAT)! It is here that things become strange as he begins to freeze things around him. What has become of Robert?
After some investigation, it has been discovered that he has somehow obtained superpowers! It is at this moment that the name Robert begins to fade and a new name take shape: Blizzard-Boy. With his new found powers and new allies, he begins his training at the academy to control his newfound powers. While this is happening, the evil villain Magnowing plots his plan to bring STAT to it's knees! Blizzard-Boy soon finds that Magnowing has already made his move and kidnapped Aqua-Gal! Will Blizzard-Boy be able to rescue Aqua-Gal?
