A remix of 's "Bossa Nova Baby," the so-called Viva Mix, was a backyard hit when it was featured in Heineken's 2014 Cities of the World television commercials, and became the spark that led to this rather random album of hits, two of which, "Burning Love" and "King Creole," are, like the title tune, Viva Mixes, while "A Little Less Conversation" is a JXL Radio Edit Remix and "Rubberneckin'" is a Remix. The rest of the tracks are the standard mixes heard on classic pop and rock radio stations, all of which make this set feel a little disjointed and divided between then and now, half old , and half 21st century Club --but then is , so there's little doubt this set would play well at a party. ~ Steve Leggett
