This is a story about a Brighton Retirement Home last century. Where the owner keeps ripping off the residents. Until a a senior citizen caled Margaret moves into the home and begins challenging the owner and helping the residents to have a more enjoyable life. She even wins a poker competition taking most of the owners money. Which she uses to improve the residents furniture and also takes the residents to Brighton Pier, and some to Brighton nudist beach to capture a sexy male retiree who is aways chasing women. This was originally a film script series but I never found a producer. So I've converted all the many conversations into this novella. . .
