The motor officers of South County Police Department unwittingly find themselves in the crosshairs of an unruly group of power-hungry thugs engaged in games of life and death. The harrowing initiation rite of passage of a local gang has targeted the SCPD. Now it's up to the able-bodied officers to discover who's behind the focused assaults and why.
