Sky returns home after finding out that her dad injured his back in a work accident. With the holidays right around the corner, Sky decides to stick around and help with his recovery, giving her the perfect opportunity to catch up with old friends. Growing up in foster care has left Eva Flowers with bad experiences and alone for years, causing her to avoid having real connections. But for whatever reason, she can't leave the town despite the bad memories. The last thing Eva expects is to catch Sky Wyman slipping on ice.
