A protein plays various roles in our human body like cellular development, reproduction, endurance and regulation in human body. Based on the structure of the genes we can extract lot of information regarding human body. We present a very simple and adaptable classifier which can predict the secondary structure of human protein very easily. This classifier is named as AIS-PSMACA , which was evolved with modified CLONAL algorithm. The CA class that was analyzed is MACA, which uses fuzzy logic. The developed classifier is powerful enough to address various problems in Bioinformatics. The accuracy reported by AIS-PSMACA is promising and comparable with many existing approaches. The basic inspiration of this work is AIS-MACA, which is aimed to predict protein coding regions in genomic DNA.
