In the wake of the discovery of his own mother's involvement in the events that lead to a massive outbreak of a deadly virus, the crippling of a nation and the death of so many including that of his best friend, Archie Curwen is on a mission to set things right even at the expense of his last remaining shred of humanity. When Archie and friends learn of The Initiative's true intentions they have to act quickly to save what's left of mankind. Armed with the geneticist who holds the key to stopping the virus, Archie will stop at nothing to put an end to a deadly plan.
