Charley Cooper carries a special 'gene' which allows him to 'step-out' to another time known simply as 'Other-Time'. In this latest adventure Charley has to deal with a poisonous 'blight' released by arch-enemy Blackthorne. This blight threatens the very existence of 'Other -Time' and it seems there is no way to stop it!
