Although the Devil is the mastermind of the epic rebellion that is leading to the end of the world, there is an arsenal of heavily militarized and powerfully armed nations that bear allegiance to him that we need to watch. These nations are actually not powerful enough now to wage an all-out war against God but they are preparing. When the time fully arrives, it is the nations of the world that will be gathered by the Devil to wage the war that we now know as Armageddon. Western Civilization was founded in ancient Greece. The Bible mentions Greece as the third kingdom to reign upon the earth and emphatically notes that in the last days of the kings of Greece, a king who understands dark sayings will arise. This king will "destroy wonderfully" and his empire will be the final one on planet earth. There is a legend out of Europe which tells how Europa, a Canaanite woman was taken from the Phoenician city of Tyre by the god Zeus and brought to the Island of Crete where she brought forth offspring for this spirit entity. This is the woman whose name the continent of Europe now bears. We know from reading Bible stories that the Nephilim were present in the land of Canaan. The Israelites found them there on their exodus from Egypt. The story of Europa is a riddle that tells us about the migration of wickedness of the highest form, from the Mediterranean coast of the land of Canaan into Europe proper. There are principalities and powers that rule the earth, angelic beings that are brutally violent and will stop at nothing until they completely destroy the human race and send the universe into utter chaos and mayhem.
