Repeat twice. DRAIN: Apply pressure with both hands around the ankle, and work upwards towards the top of the thigh until the waist. Repeat 6 times. Place your hands around your knee. Using fingertips, perform draining movements at the back of the knee. Repeat 3 times. With both hands flat and on top of each other, use press and release actions at the very top of inner thigh.
