Crossbow Isle - Y Ddraig Goch Part 3 Those who had hoped that peace would last a lifetime were utterly betrayed by events that approached Crossbow Isle from far away places. More so by the powers that supported the uncalled attack of beings not known on this world. Hence, cruel slaughter claimed many lives, split families beyond mending. Doom turned the lives of many on Crossbow Isle upside down. The Lord of the Worlds Below had thrown one of his first demons into the battle to decide it for him and his world and to fulfil his horrible obligations to the being he was in word. No matter how powerful the White Forces around Enyana had grown after Ddraig's Minya Nosta, the pitiless forces from the worlds below meant business right from the start and the outcome of the confrontation was all but certain. If and how they could prevail against the tens of thousands of nasty enemies from the worlds below that poured ashore was based on fickle chances. Eventually, Enyana, who with her powers was one of the cornerstones of that battle, was severely wounded and the outlook of ending the battle victorious turned very bleak. Hundreds of women and children had been dragged away, entire villages had been eradicated and no end of the onslaught was in sight. Was there a horrible master plan behind that attack? No one knew then, but soon, they would become aware that nothing ever happens without reason, and so, the tale unfurls in the next volume when the quest for the answers to the lingering questions begins.
