It's summertime and a serial killer roams the streets of New York City. Dressed in a hoodie and dark clothing, he lurks in the shadows waiting for his next victim. His M.O. is killing women after dark and his weapon of choice is a knife. The police have been working overtime to catch him, but he always seems to be a step ahead of them. Women are advised not to go out after dark, but are they even safe at home? How many women have to die before he's stopped? Can the police catch him before he brings the city to its knees?
