Matt and Ivy Sampson, two American tourists, are enjoying their holiday on a tour of Europe. As they enjoy the sights and sounds of Covent Garden, they unwittingly get involved in a transfer of information between two foreign spies who are passing sensitive information to each other. Although the Sampsons have no idea what has happened or what is going on around them, they become the targets of both sets of spies as well as other interested parties in the transferred package. Matt and Ivy must find out what information these parties are after, what they supposedly posses that is worth killing for, and get themselves out of danger. Tony Reynolds is a tired American agent living and working in London. Through investigation and information from his colorful informants, Tony must find out what happened on that fateful day in Covent Garden and uncover the meaning behind the transfer of information. In Reynolds' world, no one is exactly what they seem, not even Reynolds himself. He must fight through a tangled web of lies and disguises to track down a killer and stop other innocent lives from being taken.
