A life, threatening incident sends Richards to a Boston hospital, where his blood is drawn and
logged into a database that is being monitored by a secret government program, affectionatelyknown as The Second Chance Project, looking for recruits.
Richards' blood conceals a marker that sends the SCP to his prison cell. Richards' blood holds
the key to time travel, so he is given a reprieve. A promise to start his life over.
Richards sets out on a journey laced with deception and lies. While struggling with his past, he
finds out the true mission of the Special Censure Project, and must decide if it is time to take astand or disappear into waves of time.
