The style is a 6-step framework, designed to take the reader on a journey from feeling stuck in their career to knowing the way forward, through a process of self-discovery exercises and invaluable advice from an expert in the careers industry. Each step contains exercises for the reader to do as well as personal insights from my 25 years in the careers business. It has a coaching style, as well as providing personal insights from my business and personal life. This is designed to help people get to know themselves better from the "Inside out", so that they can make better and more informed choices about which path is right for them.
