Dethroning Domestic Violence: Stories of Survival and Victory is an anthology of domestic violence survivors sharing stories, experiences and words of wisdom to help further the mission of eradicating domestic abuse. Each essay is designed to give voice to survivors and help people understand that domestic violence can't win. Compiled by Candi Eduardo, Dethroning Domestic Violence is a project of the EX3 Books Anthology Series and Finding Faith Within Yourself, a nonprofit organization founded by Eduardo in 2013 to provide advice and a support group for women and teenagers ages 17 and up who have been or are in an abusive relationship. The organization also provides resources to help victims escape dangerous situations and heal from the physical and emotional effects of abuse.
