Der Beginn der Verjährung hängt entscheidend von der Entstehung des Anspruchs ab. Die heute fast einhellige (!) Auffassung meint, dass es dafür grundsätzlich auf die Fälligkeit und den Zeitpunkt ankommen soll, in dem der Anspruch erstmals geltend gemacht und notfalls im Wege der Klage durchgesetzt werden kann.
