Think you’re the cat’s meow? Be the first feline to collect three treats and win the ultimate spot on the castle for a cat nap!
You’re in a race to be the first to pounce to win the most highly prized treats. Be on the lookout for matching numbers, matching meows, and, most importantly, treats! Plus, if you’re the first to get your hand in the air when the Paws Up card appears, you can take a treat from a fellow feline and move ever closer to that purrfect nap spot. Featuring favorite Disney cats, this game is suitable for 2–5 players, ages 6+, and has an average 15-minute gameplay. Printed using FSC paper and soy inks.
HOW TO PLAY/AIM OF THE GAME
:
Compete to win treats in this purrfect family card game. It’s time to show your cat-like reactions! Each player picks which Disney Cat character they’ll be and places the card in front of them. The player who has most recently seen a cat takes the Cat Castle card and places it in front of them, too—they’ll be the starting player for the first round. Deal the rest of the deck face down, giving an equal number to each player for their draw pile (set any leftover cards aside). To start, play the top card from your draw pile face up in the middle of the table and say, “One meow.” The player on your left then adds the top card from their pile and says, “Two meow,” and so on. Players must count up to “Fifteen meow” and then return to “One meow.” If two consecutive cards have the same number or the card placed in the middle matches the number of meows said, it’s time to pounce! The first player to get their hand on the pile takes the cards and adds them to their draw pile. After a pounce, the Cat Castle card moves to the player on your left, who starts the next round. Any card showing a treat is an automatic pounce. The first player to get their hand on the treat places it face-up on their character card but watch out for the Paws Up card because another player could take your treat away! The first feline to collect three treats and have the Cat Castle card in front of them wins the game and the coveted top nap spot.
