Donte grew up rough. The town of Lancaster was made up of two things, agriculture and the poor. Unfortunately for Donte he fell into the poor category. His Papa and Dad, are rejected wolf shifters. Their pack had turned their backs long before Donte was born. He didn't know anything other than his parents drunken rages and cars. When Donte's brother in law comes home with his mate, the man oozes wealth. Donte hates Asher instantly. But yet there is something about the man that he can't help but admire. In Donte's experience men with money are slimy assholes who are just out to cause as much pain as possible. But Asher proves he isn't like that.
