(the pair are propped on the record's inner label). A sort of East Village-via-Kingston soundtrack to some late-afternoon summer daydream,
Brown
assembles two gorgeous versions of the title track for this brief outing, bringing the fullness of his acumen for arrangement to bare on a marvelously dimensioned assemblage of funky post-rock, soul-jazz, and impressionistic dub with an instrumental palette as varied as it is texturally rich and detailed.
