Christian believers are called to exalt God in each decision they make and in the manner in which they safeguard their covenant relationships. When His people are obedient to His Word, local congregations and interpersonal relationships thrive. However, when His people intentionally disobey His Word, they edge God out and relationships suffer and the witness is diminished.
