The purpose of this research is to determine the influence that the emotional salary has on the job satisfaction of the administrative and operational personnel of the Intercultural Education District 15D01 Tena. It also seeks to identify the factors that stimulate workers within an organization to improve their quality of life and their production capacity, through the implementation of labor policies that help to promote a good working environment. In chapter one, the problem of the object of study is described and the objectives that will help to solve it are described. In chapter two, the theoretical framework is explained with a bibliographic base, which allowed understanding the necessary concepts such as salary and job satisfaction to carry out the research. Chapter three describes the methodology applied in the research, which was of a deductive-inductive type that helped to obtain the necessary information to detect the shortcomings of the problem and to be able to establish conclusions for its solution. Chapter four details the analysis, interpretation and discussion of the results obtained from the questionnaire.
