In "Empires of Light Part 2: Chaos Ascending", the independent Sinkrus Empire's Armada, led by Grand Marshal Dek Valis, is carrying out surreptitious operations against the Compnet, a powerful cybernetic network spanning the Insolaris Galaxy. That initiative is complicated by a growing conflict with Permania, a neighboring interstellar empire led by Morul Fistibula, a pugnacious simian humanoid eager to expand into Sinkri space.
