-black and white version and there is also a color version of this book- My name is Jeff Alan Meints and I have been writing poetry for over twenty years, since the seventh grade at Hidden Valley Middle School in Escondido, California. This is the third book in the series titled, Enter Adulthood, which are poems written during the years of 1997 to 2001. The evolution of my writing is very apparent in these poems and I just know that you will enjoy what you read compared to the corny-corn-ball poems from my youth. Check out the other poem books in the series, Childlike Ways (1991 - 1996), Youthful Trips (1994 - 1999), and The Road Less Traveled (2000- 2016).
