Luck comes at the wrong time for an Italian surveyor on a trip near Modena, who discovers he has won one hundred thousand euros with a scratch card in a highway service station which immediately afterwards gets targeted by a couple of robbers. On a stormy night, two colleagues stop at a service station. One leaves immediately, throwing himself back into the downpour. The other waits for the rain to ease down, orders a coffee and wins one hundred thousand euros with a scratch card. And that's when the longest night of his life begins.
