Like most of you I have suffered through some very hard and painful experiences. I would have never thought that I would lose a child but I did. I lost my first born daughter who was a young wife and mother swept away in her 30's. One year later to the day I lost my mother. Before these deaths as a young boy I found my great grandmother dead and had to stay alone with her for several hours until the funeral home finally came to pick her body up. In my teens I was sitting outside my father's hospital room while 2 doctors fought to get his heart started. It was my father's birthday he was 42. He did not make it. I was the only one to go see him in his hospital room. His skin tone was changed and his eyes were open and he was twitching I just wanted to hold him. I would not let my mother in to see the condition he was in. One of the most painful losses as a very young boy was the lose of my grandfather my mother's father. He loved me very much and treated me wonderfully and taught me a lot, even though I only spent 6 years of my life with him. I just could not understand how I could be playing out in the hayloft one day at his farm with him and the next day he was gone. I never got to go to his funeral. It was then as I very young boy that I started to look for answers and started somewhat of a religious quest. Somehow I knew I would see him again. I have learned about Jesus Christ and His atonement and how families and friends and beloved pets will be reunited. I have learned there will be a resurrection, when all who die will live again no matter who you were or where you lived or how you died. When I was going through hard times I started to write. I wrote poems and lyrics to songs. This book is centered on Jesus Christ and some of my life experiences. I believe whether or not you believe in Jesus Christ or if you do or if you have to find your way back to him this book will help you do that. This book of poems is centered on Jesus Christ. This book is an uplifting book with Jesus Christ being at the center of it.
