This book aims to help consolidate the foundations for a radical critique of bourgeois society. Starting from the project of Karl Marx's critique of political economy, we seek to analyse the specifically capitalist social forms (merchandise, labour, value, money, capital) in their logical and historical development. In this sense, our working hypothesis is that bourgeois society presents a specific type of fetishistic social domination and, given the current format of capitalism, we believe that the construction of projects to suppress capitalism must directly involve the suppression of its specific social forms.
