Footsteps Back to Primal
By: Quinn Arbogast
is a poignant discussion of what it means to be human. The author takes a deep dive into the 5 main categories of human life, comparing and contrasting modern life to the lives of our hunter-gatherer ancestors, searching for balance between our primal nature as human beings and the sprawling societies we find ourselves living in. The discussion within this book is critical if we are to survive and thrive as a species heading further into the 21st century.
About the Author
Quinn Arbogast was born in the fertile highlands of Virginia where he played an array of sports. He joined the military at the age of 20 where he spent 6 years leading group fitness and teaching yoga to fellow service members. An adrenaline junkie by nature and a lover of literature, he's spent most his life diving into pursuits such as skydiving, surfing, snowboarding, and climbing while seeking to distill these experiences into an understanding of what it means to be human. He's currently travelling through Brazil as a yoga instructor. You can connect with him on his website, "YogiQuinn."
