The book is a didactic cookbook/travelogue. A recount of history, culture, gastronomy and people from Southern European Countries, Spain, Italy, France, Portugal and Greece. The book includes recipes and photos of magic corners where I have had the fortunate and great opportunity in my life to visit, to expand my vision, my mind, my imagination, to make new international friends, to delight my palatal and where all my senses converged in delicious dishes that the world offers. Everywhere you go is different, but they, all show their own enchant making very difficult to choose between them.
I hope that reading this book, also will inspire you to go for adventures and to discover places and become an adventurous as I am. It's very fun!
