Today it is an imposing threat to American freedom, but it's not too late to study it, break free from it, and return to spiritual faith. Edward Gaffney was born and raised in Houghton, Michigan. An engineer, entrepreneur, loving husband, father, and grandfather, he was passionate about improving anything and everything. He was the founder of Ortho Kinetics, a company with over 400 employees that strived to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities. This same passion inspired him to start his debut novel: From Courage to Liberty. Gaffney worked on this piece all the way through his final days with the hope that it will inspire even one person to lean on faith in hard times.
