I translated all her recipes from the original French and converted the measurements from metric to English units. All recipes call for commonly available ingredients. There are 30 delicious, easy-to-prepare recipes for all occasions. Working with a professional photographer, I have personally prepared each dish from the recipe as it appears in this cookbook. The photographs are the actual results, no artifical substitutions were used.
