I always work around an idea, and create a group of works around the idea at a time. For this year I have tried to focus more on art and poetry, the combination of these in an interactive multidisciplinary style. This is the third book this year that combines visual art and poetry. I have since published, of poets, gods, ghosts, irritants and storytellers: diagramatologically Unleashed (which combined poetry, paintings, photography and some vignette essays) and The Aporia of Unnamed Things (which combines drawings and poetry responding or not responding to the drawings) and this one Glyphs of Love combines paintings and poetry. This is a collection of mostly love poems combined with symbolic renderings of mostly love- themed visual paintings. In these paintings you see, or seem to see the shapes, sometimes they disappear in the mazes. Most of the paintings are from my group of paintings I entitled Connections: how us humans can connect with all sorts of worlds outside and inside us to ground ourselves on this stone called Earth.
