Sancaka (Abimana Aryasatya) grows up in crime-ridden streets of Jakarta, a place controlled by the evil crime boss, Pengkor (Bront Palarae). One day, he finds his neighbor Wulan (Tara Basro) being harrassed by thugs, and he reaches out to help. Despite his remarkable martial arts skills, he is beaten and is basically left for dead. All of a sudden, lightning comes down from the skies, and it hits Sancaka directly. It heals his injuries, and more importantly, gives him superpowers. Written and directed by Joko Anwar.
