Charlie Evans, whose friends call him Hoss, is a retired airline pilot and the manager of Rileyville Airport and was surprised when a white T-Bird convertible pulled up and Jackie Speight, a beautiful blonde woman, asked for the manager. Despite his reservations about her skirt, Charlie took her up for a free flying lesson in an old Piper J-3. They flew around the area, during which Jackie was instructed to spread her legs to allow the stick to come between them. Eventually they arrived at the Burkhizer Retreat which had been abandoned for years. After landing, Jackie and Hoss shared an intimate embrace before taking off their clothing and making love in both the grass and the lake. Afterward Jackie revealed that she owned the property and invited Hoss to her motel room that night to hear her proposition of turning it into a resort hideaway. A HANGOUT FOR QUEERS!
